GRCDesk provides compliance assessment tools and compliance document templates. Our free assessment provides a compliance score and high-level gap identification. Paid products include detailed reports and template bundles.

2. Not Legal Advice

GRCDesk provides compliance tools and templates, not legal advice. Our products are designed to help you prepare for compliance but do not guarantee regulatory compliance. We recommend consulting a qualified legal professional for specific legal advice.

3. Digital Products

All template bundles and reports are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available after download. Please review the product description and included documents before purchasing.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates within your organization. You may customize them for your business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates with third parties.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

GRCDesk shall not be liable for any regulatory penalties, fines, or losses arising from the use of our assessment tool or templates. Our products are tools to assist your compliance efforts, not a guarantee of compliance.
